| Resumen : | Este trabajo de tesis titulado IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN LA FERRETERÍA “EL MINERO” DE LA CIUDAD DE ZARUMA, PERIODO: OCTUBRE - DICIEMBRE 2012; fue realizado con la finalidad de dar a conocer al propietario de la empresa la forma correcta de cómo se debe llevar la contabilidad comercial. Además está estructurada de acuerdo a las exigencias y reglamento interno de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, Modalidad de Estudios a Distancia; Carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría; previo a la obtención del título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, CPA. Con la implementación de la Contabilidad Comercial, se logró cumplir con los objetivos propuestos: se cuantificó los bienes, derechos y obligaciones de la empresa y se logró determinar el inventario inicial; como también se estructuró el plan y manual de cuentas de acuerdo a las actividades de la Ferretería; además se recopiló la información necesaria para la elaboración del proceso contable, cumpliendo de esta manera con los objetivos planteados tales como: Plan y Manual de Cuentas, Inventario Inicial, Estado de Situación Inicial, Libro Diario, Mayorización; Estado de Resultados, Estado de Situación Financiera y Estado de Flujo de Efectivo. Al concluir el desarrollo del proceso contable en la empresa objeto de estudio se determinó la utilidad neta que arrojaron los Estados Financieros; los mismos que fueron conocidos por el dueño de la ferretería; lo cual le permitirá tomar las decisiones correctas para la buena marcha de su negocio. Con la finalidad de que la empresa se mantenga estructurada contablemente se recomienda al propietario continuar utilizando el sistema de contabilidad implementado; ya que le permitirá obtener información oportuna y clara en cualquier momento. |
| Descripción : | This thesis work entitled implementation of accounting business in the hardware "Miner" from the town of ZARUMA, period: October - December, 2012; It was made with the purpose to know the correct way of how the commercial accounting must be the owner of the company. It is also structured according to the requirements and rules of procedure of the University National of Loja, distance studies modality; Career in accounting and auditing; prior to the award of the title of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, CPA. With the implementation of commercial accounting, managed to comply with the proposed objectives: was quantified the assets, rights and obligations of the company and was able to determination the initial inventory; as also was structured plan and manual of accounts according to the activities of the hardware; was also collected the information required for the preparation of the accounting process, thus fulfilling the objectives such as: Plan and accounts Manuals, initial inventory, status of initial situation, book journal, Mayorizacion; State results, State of financial and cash flow situation. At the end of the development of the accounting process at the company object of study determined net income who threw the financial statements; the same people who were known by the owner of the hardware store; which will allow you to make the right decisions for the proper conduct of its business. In order that the company stays accounted for structured is recommended to the owner continue to use the implemented accounting system; since it will allow you to obtain timely and clear information at any time. |
