| Resumen : | El principal objetivo de este proyecto es el estudio para la creación de una Nueva Sucursal de Distribución exclusiva de Fideo Pasta Corta-Sopa instantánea de 90gr. De la Empresa Oriental Industria Alimenticia O.I.A. Cia. Ltda para el Norte de Quito de la ciudad de Quito el mismo que ha impulsado para realizar el análisis de todos los aspectos que forman parte de esta investigación. Se utilizaron diferentes métodos como el científico, deductivo, inductivo, analítico, además se utilizaron las técnicas de observación, entrevistas, encuestas realizadas a la población objeto de estudio. Se determinó el estudio de mercado realizado en el Norte de la ciudad de Quito con una muestra de 399 personas y 203 comercializadores determinando los siguientes resultados: una demanda potencial 154.254 familias con una tasa de crecimiento de 4.2 %, demanda real 140.371 una demanda efectiva 105.279 y una demanda proyectada de 1.219.125. En cuanto a la oferta la cantidad de 18.420 y la demanda insatisfecha de 1.200.705 lo cual determinó que el proyecto es viable En el estudio técnico estableció la macro y micro localización, tamaño e ingeniería del proyecto, diagramas de procesos, requerimientos técnicos como equipos, muebles, enseres. Se realizó el estudio administrativo donde la empresa como una compañía de responsabilidad limitada, y, la estructura orgánica con niveles jerárquicos de las diferentes áreas a través de organigramas detallando las funciones de cada persona que formará parte de la empresa a través de manuales de funciones. Se presenta el estudio financiero en el que se establece la inversión y el financiamiento mediante préstamo y aporte de los socios, requerimientos necesarios para poner en marcha el proyecto. La evaluación financiera presenta los siguientes resultados: VAN positivo 90,166.46; TIR 46.65; el tiempo para recuperar la inversión sería de 1 año 1 mes y 20 días; se determinó así mismo una relación beneficio costo de 1,50 finalmente se definió que el proyecto soportará hasta un incremento del 21,85% de los costos y una disminución hasta del 14,57% de los ingresos. Entre las conclusiones y recomendaciones más relevantes tenemos que la implementación del proyecto es recomendable por los resultados obtenidos mediante la evaluación financiera. |

The financial evaluation presents the following results: Positive VAN 90166.46; TIR 46.65; the time to recover the investment would be of 1 year 1 month and 20 days; it was determined a relationship likewise I benefit cost of 1,50 finally he/she was defined that the project will support until an increment of 21,85% of the costs and a decrease until of 14,57% of the revenues. Between the conclusions and more outstanding recommendations we have that the implementation of the project is advisable for the results obtained by means of the financial evaluation. |
