| Resumen : | El presente trabajo “FORMULACIÓN DE UN PLAN DE MEJORAMIENTO PARA LA FINCA MARÍA AUXILIADORA, DE LA PARROQUIA PACHICUTZA, CANTÓN EL PANGUI PROVINCIA DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE“ consiste en la elaboración de estrategias de producción a ser aplicadas en dicha finca, mismo que permitirá brindar algunos beneficios, siendo el principal; el planteamiento de proyectos de mejora enfocados a cada uno de los ámbitos productivos a funcionar en la finca, a la vez contribuirá a generar una planificación para el desenvolvimiento de los productos y servicios a ofertarse por parte de la finca. La metodología utilizada consistió en realizar un diagnóstico a través del FODA, para conocer las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas y en función de ello se seleccionó las estrategias que a futuro se transformarán en proyectos que buscan el adecuado manejo productivo y administrativo de la finca. Los resultados obtenidos muestra que; la finca actualmente produce únicamente especies gramíneas destinadas a la alimentación del ganado bovino; la producción de pastizales en monocultivo está siendo causante de la presencia de plagas que atacan a los cultivos; no cuenta con un plan de mejoras que garantice la producción rentable; no cuenta con maquinaria destinada a mejorar la producción agropecuaria; las instalaciones existentes en la finca se encuentran en mal estado, imposibilitando el manejo adecuado de la misma; uso de semillas de baja productividad en la finca; uso de técnicas inadecuadas de riego en las áreas productivas de la finca; escaso manejo contable del uso de los recursos dentro de los procesos productivos y administrativos dentro de la finca debido a la inexistencia de un profesional capacitado; los procesos técnico productivos agrícolas y pecuarios de la finca, 3 son manejados de manera empírica; el consumo de los pastizales por parte de los bovinos está siendo en forma desordenada y sin ningún control específico En conclusión el plan de mejoras tiene como iniciativa buscar una visión estratégica encaminada hacia el incremento de la productividad de la finca. Se recomienda la optimización de todos los recursos existentes en la finca, fortalecer los procesos de gestión entre la finca y las instituciones existentes en el sector, entre otras. |
| Descripción : | The present works "FORMULATION OF A PLAN OF IMPROVEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY MARÍA AUXILIADORA, OF THE PARISH PACHICUTZA, CANTON PANGUI COUNTY DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE" consists on the elaboration of production strategies to be applied in this property, same that will allow to offer some benefits, being the main one; the position of projects of improvement focused each one of the productive environments to work in the property, at the same time will contribute to generate a planning for the development of the products and services to be offered on the part of the property. The used methodology consisted on carrying out a diagnosis through FODA, to know the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats and in function of it was selected it the strategies that became projects that look for the productive and administrative appropriate handling of the property to future. The results obtained sample that; the property at the moment only produces gramineous species dedicated to the feeding of the bovine livestock; the pastizales production in monocultivo is being causing of the presence of plagues that attack to the cultivations; it doesn't have a plan of improvements that guarantees the profitable production; it doesn't have machinery dedicated to improve the agricultural production; the existent facilities in the property are in not well state, disabling the appropriate handling of the same one; use of seeds of low productivity in the property; I use of technical inadequate of watering in the productive areas of the property; scarce handling accountant of the use of the resources inside the productive and administrative processes inside the property due to the nonexistence of an enabled professional; the productive agricultural and cattle processes technician of the property, they are managed in an empiric way; the consumption of the pastizales on the part of the bovine ones is being in disordered form and without any specific control In conclusion the plan of improvements has as initiative to look for a strategic vision guided toward the increment of the productivity of the property. The optimization of all the existent resources is recommended in the property, to strengthen the management processes between the property and the existent institutions in the sector, among other. |
