| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “LAS PLANTAS DE USO RITUAL Y SU EFECTO EN LA SANACIÓN DE LAS PERSONAS EN EL BARRIO ILINCHO DEL CANTÓN SARAGURO” es una investigación cualitativa, descriptiva/interpretativa, realizada en la Comunidad de Ilincho perteneciente al cantón Saraguro, con la finalidad de analizar la influencia de las plantas de uso ritual en la sanación de los/las pacientes curados por los taitas del barrio Ilincho del cantón Saraguro. El universo estuvo constituido por los Yachaks y 25 pacientes de la comunidad de Ilincho. Para la recolección de la información, se realizó entrevistas a profundidad a los Yachaks, entrevistas estructuradas a los pacientes, conversaciones informales y la observación directa. Los resultados obtenidos, nos muestran que tanto para los Yachaks como para los pobladores de la comunidad de Ilincho para tener salud, tiene que existir el equilibrio con el Jinchi y el Samay y armonía con la naturaleza es decir, con los cuatro elementos: el aire, el agua, el fuego y la tierra y el desequilibrio va a generar enfermedad en los pacientes. Los cuidadores de salud que existen en Ilincho son dos Yachaks. Las plantas que utilizan en la curación de los pacientes son las plantas de poder y energéticas, estas las utilizan en las ceremonias o a su vez para la realización de las limpias; Se constató además que existe alivio inmediato luego de las terapias que los Yachaks dan a los pacientes; para los médicos occidentales la influencia de la medicina tradicional es de mucho respeto porque hay patologías que en la medicina occidental no se puede tratar o en casos que luego de haber hecho todos los exámenes no se ha llegado al diagnóstico. | Descripción : | The present titled investigation work "THE PLANTS OF USE RITUAL AND THEIR EFFECT IN HEALING OF PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ILINCHO OF THE CANTON SARAGURO" is a qualitative, descriptive / interpretive investigation, carried out in the Community of Ilincho belonging to the canton Saraguro, with the purpose of analyzing the influence of the plants of use ritual in the healing of the patients cured by the taitas of the neighborhood Ilincho of the canton Saraguro. The universe was constituted by Yachaks and 25 patients of the community of Ilincho. For the gathering of the information, he/she was carried out interviews to depth to Yachaks, interviews structured to the patients, informal conversations and the direct observation. The obtained results, they show us that as much for Yachaks as for the residents of the community of Ilincho to have health, he/she has that is to say to exist the balance with Jinchi and Samay and harmony with the nature, with the four elements: the air, the water, the fire and the earth and the imbalance will generate illness in the patients. The caretakers of health that exist in Ilincho are two Yachaks very respected in the community. The plants that use in the cure of the patients are the plants of power and energy, these they use them in the ceremonies or in turn for the realization of the clean ones; It was also verified that immediate relief exists after the therapies that Yachaks gives to the patients; for the western doctors the influence of the traditional medicine is of a lot of respect because there are pathologies that it cannot be in the western medicine or in cases that after having made all the exams you has not arrived to the diagnosis.
