| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “LA PROBLEMÁTICA DEL EMBARAZO EN LAS ADOLESCENTES Y LA ACCIÓN DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL EN LA PREVENCIÓN” pretende explicar de qué manera interviene el Trabajador Social frente a esta problemática, que se presenta en los Establecimientos Educativos, considerando que la educación sexual es muy importante ya que permite el desarrollo integral de las adolescentes que se encuentran instruyéndose actualmente. Los objetivos específicos de la investigación, facilitaron conocer las concepciones relacionadas a los tipos de educación sexual que propiciaron en las adolescentes el inicio de su vida sexual temprana, permitiéndoles reconocer las nuevas responsabilidades que como adolescentes embarazadas tienen que asumir. Los principales hallazgos obtenidos en la investigación de campo que estuvo dirigida a las adolescentes embarazadas en el Hospital General Provincial Isidro Ayora, determinan que la juventud no tiene un apoyo con un programa o un proyecto sobre educación sexual que sea dirigido a las adolescentes de los diferentes establecimientos educativos en general, a esto se suma que el nivel de participación de los Departamentos de Orientación y Bienestar Estudiantil no aporta en su totalidad con las necesidades sentidas y requeridas por las adolescentes especialmente las adolescentes que se encuentran en estado de gestación. Cabe mencionar que las temáticas sobre educación sexual que se brinda a las estudiantes a través de los/las docentes no son los adecuados ya que se debería propiciar conocimientos de acuerdo a cada edad y los mismos deberían ser reflexivamente analizados y no tratados de manera superficial y de esta manera poder disminuir el índice de embarazos precoces. Es por ello que es indispensable que las adolescentes reciban charlas sobre prevención y planificación familiar ya que muchas de ellas no están bien informadas y aún desconocen los riesgos y consecuencias que podría ocasionar un embarazo precoz. Finalmente se encuentra la propuesta planteada que consiste en un programa de capacitación sobre sexualidad responsable. |
| Descripción : | This research work entitled " THE PROBLEM OF ADOLESCENT PREGNANCY AND ACTION SOCIAL WORKER IN THE PREVENTION " is intended to explain how the Social Worker involved deal with this problem , presented in Educational Establishments , whereas education sex is very important as it allows the comprehensive development of adolescents who are currently instructing . The specific objectives of the research, provided to identify the concepts related to the types of sex education that led to the initiation of adolescent early sexual life , allowing them to recognize the new responsibilities as pregnant teens have to assume. The main findings from field research that was aimed at pregnant teenagers in the Provincial General Hospital Isidro Ayora, determine that the youth do not have a support program or project on sexual education that is aimed at teenagers of different educational institutions in general, this is that the level of participation of the Departments of Guidance and Student Welfare does not provide in its entirety with the felt needs and required by teenagers especially girls who are in a state of gestation. It is noteworthy that the thematic on sex education is provided to students through / teachers are not adequate as it should facilitate knowledge according to their age and the same should be thoughtfully analyzed and treated superficially and thus able to decrease the rate of early pregnancies. That is why it is essential that adolescents receive lectures on prevention and family planning as many of them are not well informed and still unaware of the risks and consequences that could result in early pregnancy.
