| Resumen : | El material didáctico juega un papel importante dentro de la educación, porque favorece el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, ya que su objetivo fundamental es proporcionar información, desarrollar las habilidades y facilitar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. La presente investigación tiene como título EL MATERIAL DIDÁCTICO QUE APLICAN LOS DOCENTES EN EL PROCESO ENSEÑANZA APRENDIZAJE DE LAS CIENCIAS NATURALES EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL DECIMO AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA DEL COLEGIO DE BACHILLERATO “MANUEL ENRIQUE RENGEL” PERIODO 2013 - 2014. LINEAMIENTOS ALTERNATIVOS. Se considera importante ya que el material didáctico es el instrumento que permite dar sentido a los contenidos de la educación, facilitando el Proceso de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje. El presente trabajo se desarrolló dentro de las líneas de investigación de la carrera de Químico Biológicas, cuyo objetivo general es: Identificar la incidencia del material didáctico en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de las Ciencias Naturales en los estudiantes del Décimo año de Educación General Básica del Colegio de Bachillerato Manuel Enrique Rangel de la ciudad de Loja. En la investigación participaron 24 estudiantes y un docente de Ciencias Naturales. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de la investigación se fundamentó en el método inductivo-deductivo, analítico, sintético y estadístico. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta, la misma que se aplicó a estudiantes y docentes del décimo año de Educación General Básica con lo cual fue posible evidenciar que la utilización del material didáctico es muy limitada y no facilita la comprensión de los contenidos de Ciencias Naturales. Luego del análisis e interpretación de la información empírica, se concluye, que en el establecimiento, el docente de Ciencias Naturales utiliza material didáctico tradicional como: pizarra, marcadores, borrador y textos, ocasionando que las clases sean desmotivadoras y no despierten el interés por el aprendizaje de las Ciencias Naturales. |

The following investigation has a title "THE EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL APPLIED BY TEACHERS IN THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS OF THE SCIENCES ON TENTH GRADE STUDENTS OF THE "MANUEL ENRIQUE RENGEL SCHOOL" YEAR 2013-2014". ALTERNATIVE GUIDELINES,” It's consider important due to the teaching material is the implement that allows to shaped the educational content facilitating the Teaching-Learning process. This journal was developed within the research profiles of the Biological chemical career, whose general objective is: To identify the incidence of teaching material in the teaching-learning process of Sciences on the tenth grade students of the Manuel Enrique Rengel in Loja city. In this research took part 24 students and one science teacher. The methods used for the development of the research were base on the inductive- deductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical methods. The applied technique was the survey. It was focused to students and teachers of the tenth grade with which was possible to prove that the implementation of teaching material is extremely limited and do not facilitate the comprehension of the Science content. The analysis and interpretation of the empirical information concludes that, in the institution the Science Teacher uses traditional teaching material such as: blackboard, bookmarks, draft board, and books.
