Descripción : This investigation was developed in two phases: the field phase was carried out under conditions of hothouse in the Educational Experimental Fifth "The Algeria", with registrations averages of temperature and environmental humidity in the first cycle of cultivation of 19,36 ºC and 56,92 %; second cycle of 19,15 ºC and 54,75 %; and the third cycle of 18,97 ºC and 51,70 % respectively; the activities of prosecution of samples, populations' quantification and inoculate preparation, they were carried out in the laboratory of Vegetable Sanity of the National University of Loja. The work consisted on evaluating the effectiveness of 12 varieties susceptible present in the local market, like plants trap of the nematode agallador of the roots Meloidogyne incognita; four cucumber varieties (Thunder, Diamante, Marketmore, Athena), four varieties of table tomato were used (Floradade, Caribe, Red Cherrry Rio Grande), and four lettuce varieties (Dark Green, White Boston, Greak Lakes, Cisco), which were distributed at random in a design of blocks with four repetitions for treatment (it parcels) and 24 experimental units (you plant for parcel) of which 10 were evaluated. For whose reason incorporated inoculate to the floor, a population of 4`317202 J2 in the area of the rehearsal approximately 3000 J2 for plant, obtained of the floor of the rhizosfera and of gills of roots of tomato plants in its final phase of crop, to the 8 days after the inoculation was considered the population survivor of 3´016128 J2 and 2618 J2 approximately for plant with a population of 2094,5 J2/100 cm3 of floor. The physical and chemical characteristics of the floor are the following ones: texture franc, pH 6.1 (lightly sour), Organic Matter: 3 (he/she mediates), Nitrogen: 129,9 ppm (Very high), Match: 667,9 ppm (Very high), Potassium: 400,6 ppm (Very high). They were carried out three cycles of continuous cultivations under the same experimental design conserving the same distribution of treatments. The extraction of the plants in each cultivation cycle was carried out to the 5 weeks and it was evaluated the variables: agallamiento index according to the scale of ten grades of Bridge and Page (1980), the population of J2 for 10 g of root, by means of the methodology of Taylor (1983) and the population of J2 for 100 cm3 of floor by means of soaked Plates modified Baermann proposed by Christie y Perry (1951) referred by Thorne (1961) and for Hooper et to the one. (2005). The primary data of the variables transformed and they evaluated statistically by means of analysis of simple variance and for the significance tests one worked with Tukey to 5%, using as software the program SAS (2008). The 12 varieties used as plants trap of the nematode Meloidogyne incognita, they were susceptible with statistical variability in the agallamiento grades and the initial population's reduction, standing out as the best atrapadoras in the nematode agallador, all the cucumber varieties, the tomato varieties Floradade, Caribe; and the lettuce variety Greak Lakes, in their respective order.
