| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al fortalecimiento del MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL en el Hospital Universitario de Motupe, aportando con estadísticas y datos que permitirán a los Equipos Básicos de Salud - EAIS (Equipos de Atención Integral de Salud) formular propuestas locales de salud, tendientes a mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad de Sauces Norte Sector II y III. El universo estuvo constituido por 199 familias y 827 habitantes, la presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo, en el cual se detallan hechos y características relacionadas con la población y su entorno, el instrumento para la recolección de información fue la ficha familiar elaborada por el MSP y un anexo a esta ficha, el formulario de entrevista permitió completar la información, además se analizó los datos, obteniendo resultados que servirán como línea de base. Entre los datos más relevantes destacamos; que el sexo más prevalente es el femenino, el nivel de educación más sobresaliente es el Básico, se identificó 1 niños con esquema de inmunización incompleto, en cuanto escolares y adolescentes gran parte de ellos esta con buen estado nutricional y la mayoría estudia, en lo que respecta a mujeres con vida sexual activa, el método del ritmo es el más utilizado para la planificación familiar. En cuanto al perfil epidemiológico destacamos que la Hipertensión es la patología crónica que más prevalece afectando a edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 64 años, entre las enfermedades degenerativas encontramos entre otras el cáncer de intestino y vejiga; lo que respecta a discapacidades la más sobresaliente es la discapacidad intelectual. Se respalda la investigación con bibliografía y anexos que contempla el desarrollo de la misma. | Descripción : | The present investigation has as main objective to Contribute the invigoration of the PATTERN OF INTEGRAL ATTENTION OF THE COMMUNITY NATIONAL SYSTEM OF FAMILY HEALTH AND INTERCULTURAL in the University Hospital of Motupe, contributing with statistical and data that will allow to the Basic Teams of Health - EAIS (Teams of Integral Attention of Health) to formulate local proposals of health, spread to improve the quality of life of the community of Sauces Norte Sector II y III. The universe consisted of 199 families and 827 inhabitants, this research is descriptive, in which facts and characteristics related to population and environment are detailed, the instrument for data collection was the family record compiled by the MSP and an annex to this record, the interview form complemented the information, the data is also analyzed, obtaining results that will serve as a baseline. Among the most relevant data include: that the most prevalent is the female sex, level of education is outstanding Basic, 1 child identified with scheme incomplete immunization, as schoolchildren and adolescents much of it is with good nutritional status and most studies in regard to women with active sex life, the rhythm method is best used for family planning. Regarding the epidemiological profile include the Hypertension is the most prevalent chronic disease affecting aged between 20 and 64, found between degenerative diseases including bowel cancer and bladder regard to the most outstanding intellectual disabilities is disabled. The investigation is supported with bibliography and annexes that it contemplates the development of the same one.
