| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis denominado “ORGANIZACIÓN CONTABLE DE TELECTRON DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA PERIODO ENERO - MAYO 2014” Se elaboró con la finalidad de dar a conocer al propietario del negocio los elementos prácticos de cómo se debe llevar los registros contables, para conocer con exactitud el manejo de la situación económica-financiera de la empresa. Dando cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados se procedió a realizar la organización contable en la empresa, el primer paso fue diseñar un plan y manual de cuentas acorde a las actividades de la misma, plan de cuentas que facilito el proceso de análisis y registro contable en los principales libros y auxiliares, se levantó el inventario inicial que tenía la empresa al inicio del periodo mediante la constatación física de los valores, bienes y obligaciones, para conocer con exactitud la mercadería que se encuentra en stock y así evitar la acumulación o desabastecimiento de la misma. Se procedió a desarrollar el proceso contable en el periodo comprendido de Enero a Mayo del 2014, se lo realizó paso a paso recopilando información a su propietario se cuantificó los valores, bienes y obligaciones con las que cuenta al inicio del ejercicio económico para levantar el inventario inicial, se elaboró el memorándum de operaciones de acuerdo a la documentación fuente y jornalizar las transacciones comerciales en el libro diario, libro mayor, balance de 3 comprobación y demás registros contables considerando los respectivos ajustes hasta obtener los Estados Financieros, con estos resultados se aplicó indicadores financieros con el fin de dar a conocer la liquidez y solvencia de la empresa al finalizar el ejercicio económico, a través de esta herramienta fue posible tener una interpretación real de las cifras, resultados o información del negocio que servirán a su propietario para saber cómo actuar frente a las diversas circunstancias que se pueden presentar. Al concluir el proceso contable realizado a la empresa objeto de estudio, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones entre las que se destaca el resultado obtenido en el ejercicio económico el mismo que ayudará a la toma de decisiones oportunas por lo que se sugiere al gerente propietario de TELECTRON tomar en cuenta la propuesta contable a fin de lograr grandes beneficios económicos que le permitan mantenerse en el mercado. |

We proceeded to develop the accounting process in the period from January to May 2014, he was made step by step gathering information to their own values, assets and obligations of the beginning of the fiscal year to raise the initial inventory was quantified, Memorandum of operations according to the source documentation was prepared and Journalize commercial transactions in the journal, ledger, trial balance and other accounting records, considering the respective adjustments until the financial statements, with these results financial indicators applied in order to publicize the liquidity and solvency of the 5 company at the end of the fiscal year through this tool it was possible to have a real understanding of the figures, results or business information that will help its owner to know how to deal with the various circumstances that may arise.
