| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis titulado “PROPUESTA DE UN MANUAL DE SEGURIDAD INDUSTRIAL Y SALUD OCUPACIONAL PARA EL TALENTO HUMANO DE LA HOSTERÍA ROSAL DEL SOL DEL CANTÓN CATAMAYO, DE LA PROVINCIA DE LOJA”, tiene como objetivo general, proponer un Manual de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional para el talento humano de la Hostería Rosal del Sol del cantón Catamayo, de la provincia de Loja. Así mismo, el presente trabajo ha tenido su plena sustentación teórica, que ha servido para afianzar la información obtenida; los métodos que se utilizaron son: Descriptivo, ayudo a establecer criterios de selección para encontrar la problemática de la implementación de un Manual de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional; Inductivo, para analizar la información recopilada y poder plantear las conclusiones, Deductivo permitió formular la propuesta de diseñar un manual de seguridad que sirva de herramienta al propietario de la Hostería Rosal del Sol; Estadístico permitió describir gráficamente los resultados en base a las encuestas aplicadas a los trabajadores, y a la entrevista que se realizó al propietario de esta empresa turística; las técnicas que se utilizaron para recopilar datos están enunciadas a continuación: Observación utilizada mediante la visita a las instalaciones de la empresa, Entrevista aplicada al Propietario de la Hostería que ayudo a determinar las fortalezas y debilidades y así obtener información primaria para el desarrollo de la investigación, Encuesta aplicada a los empleados de la hostería, mismas que permitieron realizar el análisis interno. En la entrevista realizada al propietario se pudo determinar las fortalezas y debilidades de la Hostería, teniendo como resultado que los conocimientos acerca de Seguridad Industrial son básicos, los empleados no reciben capacitación para una correcta seguridad al momento de realizar sus actividades laborales, la empresa no cuenta con señalética, y no cuenta con políticas, normas y reglamento interno de Seguridad Industrial. Finalmente luego de haber realizados los análisis se determinó como propuesta central el manual de seguridad industrial con el fin de salvaguardar la integridad física y mental de cada uno de los empleados de la Hostería Rosal del Sol de la ciudad de Catamayo de la provincia de Loja, además se estableció las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones. |
| Descripción : | The present thesis work titled "proposal of an occupational health and INDUSTRIAL safety PLAN for the talent human of the HOSTERIA ROSAL of the Sun from the city of CATAMAYO, LOJA province", has as a general objective, propose a Plan of Industrial safety and occupational health to this hotel company, and specific objectives, determine the Situational diagnosis of industrial safety and occupational health of the lodge; Identify, specify and evaluate the risks of work; Establish procedures that help to consolidate, reformulate or implement preventive measures for the decrease of changing risks in the working environment, plan for delivery of equipment for personal protection in a specific manner according to the needs, compose policies and training plans aimed at the reduction of unsafe acts to the interior of the lodge, submit the proposed plan for Industrial safety and occupational health giving in this way compliance with the overall objective of the topic. Likewise, this work has had its full theoretical bearing capacity, which has served to entrench the information obtained; the methods used are: descriptive, helped establish selection criteria to find the problem of the implementation of an occupational health and Safety Plan; Inductive, to analyze the information collected and to draw the conclusions, deductive allowed to formulate the proposal of designing a security plan that would serve as a tool to the owner of the rose Inn of the Sun; Statistical allowed to graphically describe the results based on the surveys applied to workers, and the interview that was conducted this tour company owner; the techniques that were used to collect data are set out below: note used by the visit to the premises of the enterprise, interview applied to the owner of the Inn, who helped determine the strengths and weaknesses, and thus to obtain primary information for the development of research, survey applied to the employees of the Inn, same that allowed the internal analysis. In the interview the owner could determine the strengths and weaknesses of the lodge, resulting in knowledge about Industrial safety are basic, employees receive no training for proper security at the time of their occupational activities, the company has no signage, and lacks policies, standards and rules of safety Industrial. Finally after having performed the analysis was determined as central industrial security plan with the order to safeguard the integrity of each of the employees of the Hostería Rose del Sol de Catamayo city of the province of Loja, mental and physical was also established the respective conclusions and recommendations. |
