Resumen : En la actualidad la inseguridad laboral respecto de los vendedores informales es un fenómeno global que aflige no sólo a quienes la ejercen, sino también a sus familias y a la sociedad en general. Son personas que se ganan la vida, por la venta de una amplia gama de productos en las calles, aceras y otros espacios públicos no permitidos, y que no se encuentran reguladas, registradas y/o fiscalizadas por el estado. Por tal motivo la presente investigación con el problema planteado: “La inseguridad Laboral Informal en el Mercado Centro Comercial de la ciudad de Loja”. La misma que tuvo como objetivo principal: Plantear estrategias para mejorar las condiciones laborales de los vendedores informales del Mercado Centro Comercial de la ciudad de Loja, y como objetivos específicos: Identificar las causas y efectos que provoca inseguridad laboral en los y las vendedoras informales del Mercado Centro Comercial, así mismo determinar la situación socio-económica de las familias de los vendedores informales y por último formular con enfoque social alternativas viables que permitan regularizar progresivamente las ventas informales. Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación, los métodos principales que se utilizaron fueron: el método del autodesarrollo comunitario, el cual se desarrolló en sus tres etapas: Primera etapa: Intercambio inicial con el sujeto demandante de la acción profesional. Segunda etapa: Exploración del escenario y Tercera etapa: Proceso de diagnóstico y búsqueda de soluciones; en las técnicas se utilizó: 40 encuestas aplicadas a los y las 3 vendedoras informales lo que permitieron la recolección de información verídica y actualizada de la situación actual, lo cual permitió realizar las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivas. Los principales hallazgos que se han obtenido mediante la aplicación de la encuesta son los siguientes: Los vendedores informales en su totalidad afirmaron que no están afiliados al IESS (Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social),no cuentan con un lugar estable para trabajar, de igual manera, expresaron que el trato que les brinda el municipio no es nada satisfactorio, porque han sufrido agresiones físicas por parte de los trabajadores municipales, el decomiso de su mercadería y no les permiten trabajar con tranquilidad, afirmando que tampoco les han dado alternativas de solución y que el Municipio no les han brindado ningún tipo de ayuda o colaboración a efectos de que puedan realizar su venta de manera formal, sustentando que desconocen las razones por las cuales no les han brindado la ayuda oportuna, y que las autoridades municipales no quieren acceder a dialogar para solucionar esta problemática. Por último, en su mayoría afirman que no han recibido ningún tipo de ayuda por parte de otras instituciones del estado, tales como: bono de desarrollo humano, albergues, guarderías para sus hijos o comedores populares, viéndose obligados a llevarles a laboral con ellos porque no tienen un lugar donde dejarles mientras trabajan. En su mayoría su grupo familiar está conformado por más de siete personas con ingresos mensuales menores a un salario básico unificado por lo que se sus cónyuges se han visto en la responsabilidad de trabajar ya sea en la misma actividad o en otra para cubrir los gastos de la casa.
Descripción : Today job insecurity in the informal vendors is a global phenomenon that afflicts not only those who exercise, but also their families and society in general. These are people who make their living by selling a wide range of products in the streets, sidewalks and other public spaces not allowed, and that they are not regulated, registered and / or controlled by the state. Therefore this research with the stated problem: "Job insecurity in the Mall Market Loja". The same as its main objective: Raising strategies to improve the working conditions of informal vendors Market Mall Loja, and as specific objectives: To identify the causes and effects caused by job insecurity in the informal and Selling Market Mall, also determine the socio-economic situation of the families of street vendors and finally formulate social focus viable alternatives to gradually regularize informal sales. For the development of this research, the main methods used were: the method of community self, which was developed in three stages: First stage: Initial exchange with the subject appellant of professional action. Second stage: the stage and Exploration Stage: Process diagnosis and solutions; techniques was used: 40 surveys of the informal vendors and what enabled and updated to the current situation gathering factual information, which allowed for the respective conclusions and recommendations. The main findings have been obtained by applying the survey are: Informal vendors fully affirmed that are not covered by social security, do not have a stable work place likewise expressed that the treatment afforded them by the municipality is not satisfactory, because they have been physically assaulted by municipal workers, confiscation of their goods and not allow them to work in peace, saying that they have not given alternative solutions and that the municipality had not given them 5 any help or assistance in order that they can make their sale so formal, maintaining that know the reasons why they have not given them timely help, and that the mayor does not want to access a dialogue to solve this problem. Finally, most say they have not received any help from other state institutions such as human development bonus, lodging, day care for their children or soup kitchens, who are forced to take them to work with them because They not have a place to leave them while they work. Mostly family group consists of more than seven people with lower monthly income at a base salary unified so that their spouses have been the responsibility of working either in the same activity or another to cover expenses home.
