| Resumen : | El presente Trabajo de Titulación se realizó con la finalidad de implementar un módulo de software que permita solventar la problemática de: ¿cómo optimizar tecnológicamente el proceso de gestión de trámites de la Procuraduría General de la Universidad Nacional de Loja? Es por ello que para colaborar con la Dirección de Tecnologías de la Información (DTI) de la Universidad Nacional de Loja (UNL), se planteó un objetivo principal y tres objetivos específicos, partiendo de antemano con una revisión literaria, de contexto y de situación. El desarrollo del presente TT parte del objetivo principal de implementar un módulo de software para la gestión de trámites de la Procuraduría General (MGTPG) y para el desarrollo del primer objetivo específico sobre el análisis de los procesos actuales, se utilizó la documentación otorgada por la DTI, y a partir de esto se procedió a realizar los diagramas BPMN mediante la herramienta Bonita Studio y la especificación de los requisitos del módulo en base al estándar IEEE830. Para el cumplimiento del segundo objetivo de acuerdo con el análisis realizado previamente, se desarrolló el módulo a través del framework Django y utilizando la metodología XP, que comprende de 4 fases: planificación, diseño, codificación y pruebas; obteniendo como resultado el módulo de software. Finalmente, para el tercer objetivo, se elaboró un Plan de implantación, junto con la ayuda del tutor y colaboradores de la DTI, en el que se presentan todas las acciones a considerar para la posterior puesta en marcha del módulo en el Sistema de Información Académico Administrativo Financiero (SIAAF). En dicho plan se definió un cronograma y se destacan principalmente las pruebas realizadas al módulo con la finalidad de garantizar un correcto funcionamiento del mismo y que se cumplan con los requisitos funcionales establecidos, además de la elaboración del manual de usuario y la capacitación al personal de Procuraduría General para que puedan utilizar el módulo de una forma adecuada. De este modo se pudo dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigación, confirmando que mediante el módulo de software desarrollado se optimizó el proceso de gestión de trámites de la Procuraduría General, facilitando y agilizando el seguimiento de los trámites desde su registro hasta su finalización, gracias a las funcionalidades incorporadas, centralizando así toda la información para brindar un mejor acceso a la misma. | Descripción : | The present Thesis Work was carried out with the purpose of implementing a software module that solves the problem of: how to technologically optimize the process of managing procedures at the Generals Attorney Office of the National University of Loja? For this reason, and, to collaborate with the Information Technology Department (DTI) of the National University of Loja (UNL), a main and three specific objectives were proposed, starting with a literary, contextual, and situational review. The development of this thesis work starts from the main objective of implementing a software module for the management of procedures at the from Generals Attorney Office (MGTPG) and for the development of the first specific objective on the analysis of current processes, the documentation provided by the DTI was used, which the BPMN diagrams were made using the Bonita Studio tool and the specification of the module requirements based on the IEEE830 standard. To fulfill the second objective according to the previous analysis, the module was developed through the Django framework and using the XP methodology, which consists of 4 phases: planning, design, coding, and testing; obtaining the software module as a result. Finally, for the third objective, an implementation plan was developed, along with the help of the tutor and collaborators of the DTI, in which all the actions to be considered for the subsequent implementation of the module in the Academic Administrative Financial Information System (SIAAF) are presented. In said plan, a schedule was defined and the main tests carried out on the module are highlighted with the purpose of guaranteeing its correct operation and compliance with the established functional requirements, in addition to the preparation of the user manual and the training of the Generals Attorney Office personnel, so that they can use the module properly. This way, the research question was answered, confirming that through the developed software module, the process of managing procedures at the Generals Attorney Office was optimized, facilitating and speeding up the follow-up of procedures from their registration to their completion, thanks to the incorporated functionalities, centralizing all the information to provide better access to it.
