| dc.description | The present research work was carried out with the purpose of providing an adequate and efficient Accounting System to know with certainty what the economic situation of the company is, likewise it was elaborated in consideration of the Regulation of Academic Regime of the National University of Loja, prior to choosing the degree in Accounting and Auditing. The objectives set were fulfilled in full, since the information was collected from different bibliographic sources, then the Plan and Accounts Manual was made according to the needs and characteristics of the company under study, the Initial Inventory, in which the Assets and Liabilities were defined, the same that allowed knowing the Equity that the distributor has, then proceeded to record in the Daily Book the opening entry and the other transactions raised in the business, continued with the Majorization, Worksheet and ended with the Financial Statements such as: the Income Statement, the Balance Sheet and the Cash Flow Statement. Once the accounting process was applied, it was found that the business of Mr. Alex Poveda Noboa obtained a profit in the accounting period during the established period. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are presented focused on providing guidance to the owner in accounting aspects, recommending the implementation of accounting, since it consists of a financial structure that allows you to obtain timely and accurate information to make the best decisions directed to progress and growth your business | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación, se realizó con la finalidad de aportar un adecuado y eficiente Sistema Contable para conocer con certeza cuál es la situación económica de la empresa, así mismo se elaboró en consideración al Reglamento de Régimen Académico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, previo a optar el grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Los objetivos planteados se cumplieron en su totalidad, puesto que se efectuó la recopilación de la información de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas, posteriormente se realizó el Plan y Manual de Cuentas de acuerdo a las necesidades y características que tiene la empresa en estudio, también se realizó el Inventario Inicial, en el que se definió el Activo y Pasivo, el mismo que permitió conocer el Patrimonio que tiene la distribuidora, luego se procedió registrar en el Libro Diario el asiento de apertura y las demás transacciones suscitadas en el negocio, se continuó con la Mayorización, Hoja de Trabajo y se culminó con los Estados Financieros como son: el Estado de Resultados, el Balance General y el Estado de Flujo del Efectivo. Una vez aplicado el Proceso Contable, se comprobó que el negocio del Sr. Alex Poveda Noboa obtuvo utilidad en el ejercicio contable durante el periodo establecido. Finalmente se presentan conclusiones y recomendaciones enfocadas a dar una orientación al propietario en aspectos contables, recomendando la implantación de la contabilidad, puesto que consta con una estructura financiera que le permite obtener información oportuna y veraz para poder tomar las mejores decisiones direccionadas al progreso y crecimiento su negocio. | es_ES |
