| Resumen : | El trabajo de “CARACTERIZACIÓN DEL MACIZO ROCOSO DEL CONDOMINIO LOS INGLESES E IDENTIFICACIÓN DE LAS PROPIEDADES FÍSICO-MECÁNICAS DE LAS ROCAS A FIN DE DETERMINAR EL LÍMITE DEL MÉTODO DE EXPLOTACIÓN DE LAS EMPRESAS EMINZA S.A. Y TOCADULOMO UBICADO EN EL SITIO BIRÓN DE LA PARROQUIA BELLA MARÍA DEL CANTÓN SANTA ROSA DE LA PROVINCIA DE EL ORO”. Se desarrolló tomando como base los métodos propuestos por Bieniawski y por Hoek (GSI) con el único propósito de delimitar los trabajos que se vienen desarrollando en el Condominio Los Ingleses (cielo abierto y subterráneo). Para lo cual mediante un exhaustivo análisis del proyecto, primero se realizó topografía superficial y subterránea del área de estudio, luego un correcto muestreo en galería principal y chimenea de la mina perteneciente a la empresa minera Tocadulomo. Producto de la cual se obtuvieron 7 muestras que pasaron a ser analizadas sus propiedades físico-mecánicas en los laboratorios de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, Área de la Energía las Industrias y los Recursos Naturales no Renovables. Así como el análisis de compresión simple en el laboratorio privado de nombre ESTUELCON. S.A. Para corroborar el tipo de roca encajante que predomine. Se caracterizó el macizo en los mismos lugares donde se obtuvieron las muestras, co-relacionando los resultados con las tablas de puntuación propuestas por Bieniawski. Para reforzar estos resultados, se caracterizó, se puntuó y ubicó colores a la galería y chimenea según Hoek. Obteniéndose los resultados similares entre estos 2 métodos. En cuanto a la calidad de la roca. Con la obtención de los resultados de estos objetivos específicos se pudo definir una columna de seguridad entre los diferentes sistemas de explotación que utilizan las 2 empresas, y se recomendó los límites hasta donde podrían utilizar estos métodos. |
| Descripción : | The research of “ROCK MASS CHARACTERIZATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM “LOS INGLESES” AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE ROCKS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE LIMIT OF THE METHOD OF EXPLOITATION OF THE COMPANIES EMINZA S.A. AND TOCADULOMO LOCATED ON THE SITE BIRÓN OF THE PARISH BELLA MARÍA, OF THE CANTON SANTA ROSA IN THE PROVINCE OF EL ORO”. It was developed by taking as a basis methods proposed by Bieniawski and Hoek (GSI) for the sole purpose of delimiting the works that are being developed in the Condominium Los Ingleses (open pit and underground). For which purpose, through an exhaustive analysis of the project; first a surface and underground topography of the study area were performed; then a correct sampling at the main gallery and chimney of the mine belonging to the mining company Tocadulomo. Product of which there were obtained 7 samples that happened to be analyzed their physical- mechanical properties at the laboratories of the National University of Loja Area of the Energy and Industries and the Non-Renewable Natural Resources.
