| dc.description | Protecting the unborn child from conception is the focus of this work. Analyzing the exposed theories on this subject by various authors, the research seeks to define that the unborn child has rights that correspond naturally from the moment of conception. Furthermore it is noted how the current progress of Science and Genetics allows extending the unborn child the status of the person based on the identity of vital program, and includes a study of the rights of the unborn child, the beginning of the human person, the beginning of the before the law, the beginning of life, the rights of the unborn child under Ecuadorian law. In this research has been analyzed, the beginning of human life, beginning when considered according to doctrine, and according to our laws, to better understand and provide a solution to the problem. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La protección al nasciturus desde la concepción es el eje central de este trabajo. Analizando las teorías expuestas sobre este tema por diversos autores, la investigación busca definir que el nasciturus tiene derechos que por naturaleza le corresponden desde el momento de la concepción. Además se advierte cómo el actual avance de la Ciencia y Genética permite extender al nasciturus el status de la persona basándose en la identidad del programa vital, e incluye un estudio de los derechos del nasciturus, el inicio de la persona humana, el inicio de la persona ante la ley, el comienzo de la vida, los derechos del nasciturus en la legislación ecuatoriana. En la presente investigación se ha analizado, el principio de la vida humana, cuando se consideran que empieza según la doctrina, y según nuestras leyes, para un mejor entendimiento y dar una solución al problema planteado. | es_ES |
