dc.descriptionDiabetes The diabetes mellitus and the arterial hypertension, they are chronic illnesses that he/she is due to the nutritious bad habits, the sedentarismo and the family inheritance; that not affects alone their biological sphere, but also their emotional and social sphere, since they think that it will change their life and it can shorten it, or to have complications; and to avoid this it implies the necessity to carry out changes in the lifestyle and east is, maybe, the challenge more difficult to conquer, hence it is very important the support of the social, family nets and the team of health. Of there the importance of carrying out the present investigation family denominated abandonment and their relationship with the feeding in diabetics and hipertensos of the club "Together for the life" of Hospital of Motupe of the city of Loja that had as objective to determine if the family abandonment affects the feeding of the patients that you/they go to the club; for that which I have based the problem of the family abandonment and its repercussion in the alimentary diet; with the purpose of evaluating the grade of satisfaction in the attention that the patient of her family receives; in a same way you/he/she was identified if the foods that the patients consume are the appropriate one for her illness, elaborating an educational program finally to contribute to the generation of alimentary good habits, and to the handling of the negative emotions. For they were used it methods and technical that allowed to carry out the investigation of descriptive type, the investigated population belonged respectively to 50 diabetic people and hipertensas and a relative to who were carried out a survey. The investigated club is believed in November of the 2010, conformed by 49 women and 1 man, at the moment led by Mg. Denny Ayora. The information was analyzed through the obtained results of the surveys, where you concluded that 64% is not satisfied with the psychological support that you/they receive from its family, and as for the feeding 50% doesn't fraction the food in 5 takings to the day and overalls they prefer the consumption of carbohydrates and sugars. dc.description.abstractLa diabetes mellitus y la hipertensión arterial, son enfermedades crónicas que se debe a los malos hábitos alimenticios, el sedentarismo y la herencia familiar; que afecta a su esfera biológica, emocional y social, ya que piensan que su vida se puede acortar, o tener complicaciones; y para evitar esto implica la necesidad de realizar cambios en el estilo de vida, por ello es muy importante el apoyo de las redes sociales, familiares y el equipo de salud. De allí la importancia de realizar la presente investigación denominada abandono familiar y su relación con la alimentación en diabéticos e hipertensos del club “Juntos por la vida” de Hospital de Motupe de la ciudad de Loja, que tuvo como objetivo determinar si el abandono familiar afecta la alimentación de los pacientes que acuden al club; para lo cual he fundamentado la problemática del abandono familiar y su repercusión en la dieta alimentaria; con el fin de evaluar el grado de satisfacción en la atención que recibe el paciente de su familia; de igual manera se identificó si los alimentos que consumen los pacientes es el adecuado para su enfermedad, elaborando finalmente un programa educativo para contribuir a la generación de buenos hábitos alimentarios, y al manejo de las emociones negativas. Para ello se emplearon métodos y técnicas, que permitieron realizar la investigación de tipo descriptivo, la población investigada fue de 50 personas diabéticas e hipertensas y un familiar respectivamente, a quienes se les realizó una encuesta. El club investigado se crea en noviembre del 2010, conformado por 49 mujeres y 1 hombre, actualmente liderada por la Mg. Denny Ayora. La información fue analizada a través de los resultados obtenidos de las encuestas, donde se concluyó que el 64% no están satisfechos con el apoyo psicológico que reciben de su familia, y en cuanto a la alimentación el 50% no fraccionan la comida en 5 tomas al día, por falta de apetito, es decir el abandono de la familia influye en su alimentación, ya que al estar solos los pacientes no cumplen estrictamente con su alimentación.
